I love this site I have hired a babysitter from flexiblehelp.com three times now she is great. When my wife and I got home the kids where asleep and the laundry and dishes were done. We have also hired an assistant to help us setup for our daughters birthday and she also took pictures for us so we could enjoy the party and spend time with everyone. I give this site 5 stars!!
